Chris is currently performing in Houston, TX at Sambuca, Cezanne, Kirby's, Vic and Anthony's, The Marriott Westchase, and the Westin Hotel in Memorial City. He is most proud of the fact that most of his gigs represent long term relationships with repeat customers. He's performed at some of the above venues for over 7 years.
As accomplished as he is as a guitarist, Chris is also an excellent vocalist. His live shows present a mix of Sinatra era swing classics, romantic ballads, and Chris' clever arrangements of popular songs. The vibe is sophisticated, conversational, and perfect for hotels, private events, and high end restaurants. When it's time to turn up the heat, he is one of the rare performers who can seamlessly transition to classic rock, blues, and R&B. (see song list)
Chris performs solo, as a duo with an upright bass, or with his trio featuring both drums and bass. Any of the combinations can be expanded to include a female vocalist, keyboards, sax, trumpet, and/or Latin percussion. Clients may specify casual, business, or formal attire.
